Job summary

YMCA of Naperville is seeking a Site Team Lead for youth development at our Naperville location. You will support positive youth development, lead staff, and oversee program quality including snacks, materials, and supplies.

You will also directly participate in curriculum implementation, staff guidance, and coordination with schools, families, and community partners to ensure successful outcomes. Part-time, on-site role at the Naperville facility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and more than oldest child in program.
• Experience in childcare or education supporting high-quality programs.
• Ability to make decisions and communicate well with team, parents and children.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree in child development or ECE.

Responsibilities

• Implements program curriculum with staff and ensures DCFS and YMCA standards.
• Provides guidance to onsite staff on program quality standards.
• Leads and participates in staff meetings and planning.
• Engages parents/guardians and aligns activities with schools.
• Maintains program files and assists in events and promotions.
• Fills in for other staff as needed.
