Job summary

SEEDS Ecology & Education Centers in Michigan seeks an EcoSchool Assistant Site Coordinator to support the Site Coordinator and youth programs after school and during the summer, delivering nutrition, enrichment, and academic support to students.

You will lead activities, prepare lessons, document attendance, manage support staff in the Site Coordinator's absence, and ensure program compliance with state requirements and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct high-quality lessons aligned with objectives.
• Manage and run programming in classroom under supervision.
• Document child behavior and attendance.
• Lead SEEDS support staff in the absence of Site Coordinator.
• Respond to emergencies and follow response plans.
• Ensure compliance and data collection for DHHS/MiLEAP and MDE.
• Track and report documentation and EZ reports.
• Assist with program improvement goals and data reporting.
