Job summary

The DREAM Program, Inc. seeks a dedicated manager to lead the Employee & Member Support team. This role builds and sustains community-based relationships with volunteers, youth, families, and partners while ensuring programs run with fidelity to DREAM’s models.

You will oversee 4-5 sites, coordinate year‑round DREAM experiences, and support transitions between school year and summer activities. The position is full time, salaried, with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in managing a group of employees, service members and/or volunteers.
  • 2+ years experience in organizations focused on youth development.
  • Familiarity with AmeriCorps grant requirements and mentoring program requirements as expressed by CNCS and state and local regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and set priorities while giving consideration to staff, the organization, and the self.
  • Creativity, energy, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Comfortable working in an outdoor environment in all seasons.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain high quality, community-based relationships through close management of program sites.
  • Lead Programs to Excellence by supporting each DREAM program and youth experience.
  • Communication with mentors, parents, and community partners; regular meetings and regional teamwork.
