This role leads 4–5 program sites while building strong relationships with youth, families, mentors, AmeriCorps members, and community partners. A key focus is developing and strengthening DREAM’s college programming, creating opportunities for youth to explore higher education, build college-going mindsets, and see themselves as future college students. You’ll support high-quality year-round programming, mentor and staff development, community partnerships, and seasonal transitions. We’re seeking an energetic, creative leader with youth development and supervision experience.

Salary: $50,000–$54,552.60 plus generous benefits and PTO.
