Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking a Program Manager to support the Club Director in delivering high-quality youth development programs. Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience working with youth or youth development programs.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain.
• CDL preferred or willingness to obtain in the future.
• Must maintain a safe driving record.
• Must pass a Level 2 background screening and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, implement, and supervise youth development programs.
• Assist Club Director in implementing programs aligned with core areas.
• Coordinate recruitment, orientation, scheduling, and supervision of staff and volunteers.
• Manage program budgets and assist in purchasing supplies and equipment.
• Monitor program quality and ensure grant compliance.
• Supervise youth during activities and provide homework/academic support.
