Job summary

University of Notre Dame’s Robinson Community Learning Center seeks a visionary Program Manager to lead the NDWest site, shaping after-school tutoring, arts enrichment, clubs, and a six-week summer camp for local youth. You’ll coordinate university partners and community allies, driving hands-on learning with a focus on outcomes.

You will mentor AmeriCorps members, student staff, and volunteers, align programs with state standards, and foster neighborhood relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
2+ years of teaching or youth program leadership in K-12.
Ability to mentor and coordinate multi-tiered teams (staff, AmeriCorps).
Experience aligning tutoring with state standards and data-driven evaluations.
Proven partnerships with families, schools, community organizations, and university stakeholders.
Bilingual outreach experience; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead RCLC-NDWest site vision and youth programs.
Collaborate with university stakeholders, Notre Dame student groups, and community partners.
Supervise AmeriCorps members and 60 Notre Dame student tutors.
Align academic support with state standards and student recruitment goals.
Mentor staff, enforce safety protocols, and manage daily operations.
