Qualifications

• Three or more years of customer service experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote and assist with youth library programs.
• Engage with local organizations and events for programming outreach.
• Assist patrons with computers and library technology and provide reference services.
• Register patrons for library cards and explain library services.
• Maintain circulation desk operations and materials for patrons.
