Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience working with troubled youth.
• Substantial completion of college degree plus two years working with youth.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clear criminal background check and drug screen results.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to program and assist with on-call responsibilities.
• Monitor and ensure staff receives relevant training.
• Conduct daily face-to-face contacts with youth.
• Enter data into Juvenile Tracking System (JTS).
• Provide youth advocacy in health, education, and legal areas.
