Sofive is seeking a Youth Programs Lead Coordinator in Rockville, MD, to drive Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute programs. You’ll blend coaching, leadership, sales, customer service, and daily program operations to deliver outstanding experiences for players, families, and coaches.

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about youth soccer, with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. This is a full-time, on-site role at Sofive.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching youth or sports programs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Energetic, organized, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute registrations.
• Support program events like trials and open houses.
• Track attendance, revenue, and retention goals.
• Lead youth soccer classes when needed.
• Manage registrations, payments, attendance, and daily program communication.
• Mentor youth coaches and observe sessions.
