Job summary

Sofive Lake Nona is hiring a Youth Programs Lead Coordinator to manage and grow Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute programs. You will blend coaching, leadership, sales, customer service, and daily program operations to deliver a great experience for players, families, and coaches.

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and professional, with a passion for youth soccer. You’ll recruit and mentor coaches, track attendance and revenue, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive program

Qualifications

• Passion for soccer and youth development.
• Coaching, youth programming, or sports leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast‑moving environment.
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
• Ability to lead and develop coaches.
• Sales or retail experience is a plus.
• Spanish speaking ability is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support registration growth for Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute.
• Help manage free trials, open houses, and new customer experiences.
• Track attendance, revenue, retention, and key program goals.
• Build strong relationships with families and players.
• Manage registrations, payments, attendance, and daily program communication.
• Keep equipment, uniforms, and program supplies organized.
• Ensure each session is clean, professional, and ready to run.

About The Role
