Job summary

Super Soccer Stars in the United States is seeking a Part-time leader to supervise and grow our youth programs. You will coach Amazing Athletes programs, mentor coaches, and help manage locations while ensuring a fun, high-quality experience for children and families.

You will collaborate with the owner on growth initiatives, build relationships with schools and community partners, and have the chance to advance into broader leadership, operations, and business development roles as the company

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching, youth sports, education, recreation, or a related field.
• Lead coach-level experience working with young children.
• Strong communicator who builds relationships with parents, schools, and partners.
• Eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old.
• Holds all required Pennsylvania clearances to work with children.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations in the Main Line and surrounding suburbs.
• Able to work weekday mornings/afternoons and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach Amazing Athletes programs as needed and ensure high quality, engaging experiences.
• Mentor coaches, provide feedback, and support program leaders.
• Visit program locations to maintain consistent quality across sites.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train coaches; help manage schedules and staffing.
