Job summary

Amazing Athletes is seeking a flexible, part-time leader to coach programs, mentor coaches, and ensure every session is fun, engaging, and high quality.

You will work directly with the owner on growth initiatives, build relationships with schools and community partners, and help recruit and train staff.

This role can grow into full-time leadership, operations, and business development responsibilities with compensation of 30–40 USD hourly.

Qualifications

• Experienced in coaching youth sports, education, recreation, or related field.
• Experience leading groups of children in classes.
• Strong communication with parents, schools, and community partners.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Holds clearances to work with children where required.

Responsibilities

• Coach Amazing Athletes programs as needed.
• Help ensure sessions are fun, engaging, and high quality.
• Mentor coaches and provide feedback and support.
• Visit program locations to maintain consistent quality.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train coaches.
• Manage schedules and staffing needs.
• Conduct coach check-ins and evaluations.
• Work with owner on growth initiatives.
• Develop relationships with schools and community partners.
• Identify new program locations and partnerships.
• Outreach to prospective clients and support enrollment.
• Assist with local marketing and community networking.
• Support day-to-day operations, attendance, and enrollment.
• Coordinate equipment, uniforms, and materials.
• Communicate with coaches, schools, families, and partners.
