Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of experience in child and youth development, education, or a comparable setting.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Visual and auditory ability to respond to incidents and act in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, management and implementation of program activities.
• Supervise participants ensuring guidance and safety at all times.
• Provide positive behavior guidance supporting developmental needs.
