Qualifikationen

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to four years of experience working with children or youth.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Current CPR/first-aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to work during peak after-school and seasonal summer program hours.
• Alignment with the ministry's Christian mission and statement of faith.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily program schedules and activities.
• Support staff assignments, substitutes, attendance, and timekeeping.
• Maintain participant enrollment, attendance, emergency, and authorized-pickup records.
• Communicate program information to parents and caregivers.
• Prepare classrooms, materials, meals, transportation, and activity supplies.
• Help implement behavior-support and safety procedures.
• Conduct routine site and program-quality checks.
• Assist with volunteer orientation and supervision.
• Collect data for grants, reports, and program evaluation.
• Escalate safety, staffing, family, or participant concerns appropriately.
• Serve as program lead when the Director of After-School and Summer Camp is unavailable.
