Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada seeks a Program Aide to help implement and direct youth programs across multiple areas. You will supervise members, participate in daily activities, and assist with Clubhouse operations to ensure a positive and productive environment.

You will support planning and delivery of programs, mentor members, and maintain safety and order in accordance with organizational guidelines. The role may involve driving Club vans and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet deadlines with time constraints and handle multiple demands.
• Ability to work with youth ages 5-18.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Forms, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to interact well with Youth Development Professionals, volunteers, and other related agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for the safety and well-being of others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement programs and activities that support Youth Development Outcomes.
• Promote and stimulate members’ interest in core area program participation.
• Ensure members participate in various program areas with respect, instruction, and constructive feedback.
• Ensure program objectives are completed within requirements, resources, and timelines under supervision.
• Participate in planning programs and activities.
• Support programs managed by fellow Youth Development Professionals.
