Community Action Organization Of Western New York Inc in Buffalo is seeking a Part Time Youth Programs Coordinator to design and implement engaging activities for children and adolescents. You will mentor participants, plan events, and connect families with community services.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with youth.
• Must have First Aid/CPR AED certification within 90 days.

• Create and run programs focused on academics, sports, arts, and community services.
• Create lesson plans using NY State Education Guidelines to engage participants.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise events such as field trips, workshops, and mentorship sessions.
• Provide one-on-one guidance to build life skills and positive behaviors.
• Maintain records of participants’ progress and program data.
