Responsibilities

• Research new materials and methods of instruction to keep curriculum current and relevant.
• Design daily lesson plans to meet core course objectives.
• Coordinate curriculum and daily activities with school personnel.
• Administer and grade appropriate pre-and-post testing.
• Assess clients’ strengths to build upon them.
• Prepare and distribute instructional materials for classroom use.
• Provide training in conflict resolution techniques.
• Create and coordinate activities that enhance clients’ leadership skills.
• Manage classrooms and small groups to maximize client learning.
