Responsibilities

• Conduct initial needs assessment, intake and orientation of new participants.
• Create short- and long-term goals for participants based on the needs assessment.
• Maintain teen participant folders and application.
• Develop and implement lesson plans for Youth Council and youth leadership activities.
• Collect participant's report cards to monitor educational progress.
• Monitor and track participant attendance and support retention.
• Assist with recruitment of teen participants.
• Co-facilitate Parent Meetings.
• Keep Program Director and Assistant Director informed of changes.
• Submit weekly reports to the Program Director and Assistant Director; attend staff meetings.
