Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of experience providing recreation, enrichment, education, or youth development programs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to youth learning and development principles.
• Ability to engage and instruct youth across program settings.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified and able to obtain certification if not already.

Responsibilities

• Deliver developmentally appropriate programs, activities, and events across Club areas.
• Instruct youth and apply conflict-resolution and group-management skills.
• Maintain safe, organized program spaces and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with staff to plan and evaluate programs and events.
