Job summary

Girls Inc. of Santa Fe is seeking a Program Support and Facilitator to work with the Program Manager and Director of Program to deliver center-based programming for girls and youth.

This full-time, non-exempt role supports safe, engaging activities at the Hillside Center and in schools, while coordinating with staff and families to ensure programs run smoothly. You will assist with registrations, materials, and evaluations, and participate in staff meetings to promote growth and effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in education, recreation, psychology, or sociology preferred.
• Experience in youth work and supervision.
• Ability to communicate with groups and individuals to engage participation.
• Spanish language fluency highly preferred.
• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Skill in working with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for girls/youth.
• Implement programs at Hillside Center and in schools.
• Build positive relationships with school partners and families.
• Recruit new participants and assist with registration.
• Follow directions from Program Manager/Director and adhere to schedule.
• Assist with administrative duties including reports, data entry, and scheduling.
• Monitor attendance and contact families to confirm absences.
