Job summary

Girls Inc. of Santa Fe is seeking a Program Support and Facilitator to work with the Program Manager and Director of Program.

You will help run center-based programming for girls aged 5-18, creating a safe, empowering environment and ensuring activities meet program goals at Hillside Center and in schools. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and willingness to work evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Spanish language fluency preferred.
• Strong communication skills with groups and individuals.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Ability to collaborate with staff and volunteers to deliver programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate at Hillside Center and in schools to support program delivery.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for girls/youth and staff.
• Build relationships with school partners and recruit participants.
• Follow directions from Program Manager and adhere to schedules.
• Assist with materials, food, and administrative duties as needed.
• Supervise activities and manage attendance and safety across locations.
