The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck is seeking a Youth Development Professional for a 12-month, grant-funded role. You will plan, implement, supervise, and evaluate programs for members in arts, computer technology, games and social recreation, general education through our learning centre, and physical education, fostering a positive, fun, clean, and safe atmosphere.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior youth work experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with basic computer software.

Mansioni

• Create weekly lesson plans for submission to the Program Director.
• Encourage member participation across programs and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain attendance records and enforce program rules to ensure safety.
• Lead group clubs and perform other duties as assigned.
