Qualifications

• Four-year degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years’ work experience in a youth-serving organization.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of teen programs addressing leadership, academics, health, and life skills.
• Oversee Teen Center operations, staff training, recruitment and program evaluation.
• Build community partnerships and manage volunteer relations to support youth development.
