Boys & Girls Club of Hawai‘i seeks a Clubhouse Director I to lead daily operations at Hale Pono (Ewa Beach) Clubhouse, directing program delivery and staff performance. You’ll manage budgets, facilitate community partnerships, and drive fundraising while ensuring youth development remains the core focus.

The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, plus hands-on leadership in youth services, budget control, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two years’ work experience with youth programs in a Boys & Girls Club or similar.
• Demonstrated ability in personnel supervision, facilities management, and recruitment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, supervise and motivate staff.
• Budget preparation and management experience.
• Fundraising and event planning experience.
• Experience working with families, parents and community leaders.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establishes Clubhouse programs and services that support youth outcomes.
• Oversees day-to-day program activities and staff scheduling.
• Hires, trains and supervises program staff and enforces policies.
• Manages facility cleanliness and organization of spaces.
• Builds partnerships with families, schools and community.
• Leads program quality improvement efforts.
• Promotes programs to attract and retain members.
• Oversees volunteers and ensures staff safety and program quality.
• Handles deposits and banking transactions for Clubhouse.
• Provides orientation for new staff and annual training.
