Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay seeks a 21st Century Club Director to oversee program operations at Webb Middle School in Tampa. You will manage staff, ensure program delivery, monitor outcomes, and maintain partnerships with schools and families.

Responsibilities include budget oversight, compliance with FSA standards, and coordinating special projects and events. This is an exempt, full-time role reporting to the VP of Regional Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited college or university.
• Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certifications or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• CDL License Class B with passenger endorsement preferred. Mandatory to obtain within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure delivery of 21st Century Learning Center services.
• Plan and monitor education programs meeting FSA standards.
• Supervise staff and manage program budgets and facilities.
