Job summary

Anchor House Ministries in Florida is seeking a full-time Program Administrator to oversee all program operations and staff in Polk County. You will ensure the mission is implemented, supervise staff, and ensure timely documentation and reporting to support program success.

Coordination with therapists, budget oversight, and licensing compliance are core responsibilities, with on-call rotation hours and an emphasis on quality care for youth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience or a master’s degree in a related field.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience.
• Possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License and clear MVR.
• Pass county and federal background checks and drug screening.
• Proficient in Word processing and spreadsheet functions (Word, Excel, Publisher).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all program operations and staff in Polk County.
• Ensure the mission and vision of Anchor House are implemented within the program.
• Ensure all documentation is completed for programs.
• Ensure all staff are supervised and trained to fulfill the mission of the organization.
• Monitor program budget and coordinate supply orders and meals planning.
