Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in early childhood education, Child Development or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years related work experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage child care and youth programs, including daily operations, activity planning, scheduling, facility coordination, and maintaining records.
• Manage program administration and enrollment operations, including processing applications, registration systems, attendance tracking, and data integrity.
• Ensure program quality, safety, and compliance with standards, licensing and regulations through regular evaluation and inspections.
• Lead program development and continuous improvement, assessing community needs and expanding offerings.
• Train, schedule, and support staff and volunteers, fostering a diverse, high-performing team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, families, community partners, and stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide operational support and ensure coverage.
• Support marketing, outreach, and community engagement efforts, including events and fundraising.
• Maintain accurate reporting and program data to support evaluation and funding decisions.
• Participate in ongoing training and perform additional duties as needed.
