Job summary

YWCA Central Massachusetts is seeking a Youth Development Coordinator to oversee and enhance youth programming, manage data, and support participant success across school-year and summer sessions.

The role requires coordinating staff, engaging families, and collaborating with local schools to increase program participation. Strong organizational skills and bilingual ability are preferred, with an emphasis on quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate degree and/or youth development experience preferred.
• Experience with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise summer staff for Youth Connect.
• Create and maintain engagement data per participant.
• Engage with parents/guardians to support participant success.
• Liaise with Worcester Public Schools and counselors.
• Plan and implement Youth Development programming.
• Maintain participant records in data systems (ETO).
• Recruit youth for Summer Youth Connect.
