Job summary

LifeSTEPS is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator for Downtown Sacramento, CA. The role focuses on designing and coordinating after-school programs, delivering academic enrichment, and supporting youth and families in affordable housing communities.

Under the Regional Director of Social Services, you will collaborate with the DSS to ensure high-quality service, safety compliance, and effective engagement with residents. Bachelor's degree preferred and driving may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in a similar environment providing services
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and coordinate activities and programs within assigned affordable housing complexes.
• Coordinate with the Director of Social Services to provide high-quality service to residents.
