The coordinator works under the Regional Director of Social Services to ensure residents receive high-quality programs. The ideal candidate has a 2-year degree (bachelor’s preferred), 2+ years in similar settings, and a valid CA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth ages 5 through 17.
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and coordinate activities within assigned housing complexes.
• Provide afterschool education and resources to children.
• Collaborate with the Director of Social Services to serve residents.
