Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. in Florida seeks a Program Coordinator to support the Hillsborough County program and Program Director, focusing on daily operations, contract compliance, service delivery, and participant intake/referral processes.

This program-focused role emphasizes operational coordination and hands-on advocacy; availability for travel to homes and schools will be required, and the individual should be reliable, professional, and a positive role model for youth and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
• Equivalent experience in a community-based agency may be accepted
• Minimum of one year of experience managing personnel and/or budgets
• Experience providing home and community-based services
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish-Speaking) a plus
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day program operations and administration
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and organizational standard
• Coordinate service delivery and assist with participant intake and referral processes
• Provide direct support and advocacy services to youth and families
• Collaborate with the Program Director and team to meet program goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and data tracking, including use of EHR systems
• Serve as a positive and professional role model in all community interactions
