Job summary

The University of Nevada, Reno Extension is recruiting for a 4-H Civic Engagement, Leadership & Expressive Arts Youth Program Coordinator in Las Vegas, NV. You will oversee activities for youth 5-18, coordinate events, manage records, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining strong internal and external partnerships.

Responsibilities include collecting program data, preparing reports, assisting with budgets, and supporting diverse program initiatives aligned with positive youth development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years of related work experience or a Master’s degree with one year of related work experience.
• Experience in program coordination, management, or similar role.
• Experience in positive youth development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events and manage program operations.
• Maintain documentation and databases.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries and build stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor recruitment, prepare assessment reports, and support program improvements.
