Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver is seeking a part-time Youth Development Specialist to plan and supervise programs across athletics, cultural arts, STEM, and education. You’ll build positive, supportive relationships with youth and help create a safe, engaging club environment in Denver.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of direct youth experience.
• Ability to manage a group of youth and guide them toward goals.
• Strong English proficiency for communications.
• Valid driver's license and adequate insurance.
• Experience in athletics is a plus.
