Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to plan, supervise, and run activities across athletics, cultural arts, STEM and education. You will build positive relationships with youth and support their growth.

The position is part-time, non-exempt, with an hourly wage of $20.50 and a schedule Monday to Friday, totaling 23 hours per week. Benefits include comprehensive medical, 401k, paid time off and DEI‑driven workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• One year experience directly serving youth.
• Must pass criminal and driving records investigations.
