Job summary

The YR-M.O.S.T Program Aide at Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County supports the successful operation of youth programs in Deerfield Beach. You will assist program coordinators in delivering educational and recreational activities, guiding participants, and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment.

This role involves administrative tasks such as recording attendance, scheduling, and communicating with families and community partners to maintain program efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with youth in educational, recreational, or community settings.
• Basic computer skills and common office software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and facilitating youth program activities that align with organizational goals.
• Provide direct support and supervision to program participants during sessions and events.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and incidents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies.
• Communicate effectively with program coordinators, participants, families, and community partners to support program delivery.
• Help prepare materials and resources needed for program activities and events.
• Support the enforcement of program rules and safety protocols to create a secure environment.
