Job summary

Yellowstone Boys & Girls Ranch seeks a Program Therapist to join its interdisciplinary care team for youth facing emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric challenges. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy in school, community, and home settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Criminal/child abuse background check required by Montana.
• Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field (60 credits).
• Professional license: MT SWLC/PCLC/MFLC or MT LCSW/LCPC/MFLT and vehicle license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in school, community, and home settings.
• Perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Engage with families and guardians to support care.
• Work with schools, CST/IEP teams, and community agencies.
• Maintain PQI standards and complete required documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention and ensure staff/youth safety.
