Job summary

Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens, Inc. is seeking a Site Monitor for the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP). You will supervise youth on-site, conduct orientations, and lead weekly lessons under the Unit Manager's guidance.

You will maintain thorough program records, manage timesheets, and ensure audit-ready documentation across multiple sites. Travel between sites is required, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience providing youth supervision required.
• Experience in community organizing preferred.
• Experience proving crisis intervention services preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide constant supervision of youth working at the site.
• Facilitate an orientation which will include an overview of the program and work readiness lesson plans.
• Conduct weekly group lessons under the instruction of the Unit Manager.
• Maintain well-documented client records and program statistics to comply with all agency/program/funding requirements, including program files/client documentation, timesheets, worksite documentation, and the educational component all need to be updated and upheld.
• Manage timesheets process; collect and calculate timesheet hours and submit them to the Program Manager.
• Work with Unit Manager to obtain proper documentation for maintaining files as audit ready.
• Visit sites a minimum of two times weekly for monitoring assessments and timesheet pickup.
• Identify youth needs and concerns to immediate supervisor to resolve matters quickly.
