Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens, Inc. is seeking a Site Monitor to supervise summer youth participants, deliver orientation, and support timely timesheet processing under the Unit Manager.

You will conduct weekly group lessons, maintain accurate records, visit multiple sites, and identify youth needs for quick resolution, while ensuring compliance with program requirements. A High School Diploma and prior experience with youth supervision are required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred;

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience providing youth supervision required.
• Experience in community organizing preferred.
• Experience proving crisis intervention services preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Able to sit for periods of times reviewing client/worksite folders.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Able to travel between numerous sites.

Responsabilidades

• Provide constant supervision of youth working at the site.
• Facilitate an orientation which will include an overview of the program and work readiness lesson plans under the instruction of the Unit Manager.
• Conduct weekly group lessons under the instruction of the Unit Manager.
• Maintain well-documented client records and program statistics to comply with all agency/program/funding requirements, including program files/client documentation, timesheets, worksite documentation, and the educational component all need to be updated and upheld.
• Manage timesheets process; collect and calculate timesheet hours and submit them to the Program Manager.
• Work with Unit Manager to obtain proper documentation for maintaining files as audit ready.
• Visit sites a minimum of two times weekly for monitoring assessments and timesheet pickup.
• Identify youth needs and concerns to immediate supervisor to resolve matters quickly.
