Job summary

Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens, Inc. is seeking a Site Monitor for the Summer Youth Employment Program in New York. Under the supervision of the Unit Manager, you will provide constant supervision of youth at the site and help run orientation and weekly group lessons.

You will maintain accurate client records, manage timesheets, and prepare audit-ready documentation. The role requires lifting up to 25 pounds, travel between sites, and optional bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience providing youth supervision.
• Community organizing experience preferred.
• Crisis intervention experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Able to sit while reviewing client/worksite folders.
• Able to lift/move up to 25 pounds.
• Able to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide constant supervision of youth at the site.
• Facilitate orientation and weekly group lessons.
• Create lesson plans under Unit Manager direction.
• Maintain documentation and program statistics for compliance.
• Manage timesheets and submit hours to Program Manager.
• Visit sites at least twice weekly for monitoring and audits.
