• Mediate disagreements between residents constructively.
• Supervise residents at all times.
• Assist in development and direction of approved programs.
• Follow procedures for administering and recording medications.
• Monitor residents on suicide precautions.
• Prepare written reports and testify in court as required.
• Maintain daily documentation and logs.
