Alpha is seeking a Lead Guide to become Youth Program Manager, leading Guides, delivering life-skills workshops, and driving student outcomes across multiple campuses. This full-time role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and a culture of excellence in a disruptive, K-12 learning model.

Based in the Newark area with relocation support, you will build teams and launch new campuses while maintaining high standards for student experience and program performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people.
• Proven ability to hire and terminate based on performance.
• Data-driven approach to improving outcomes.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work on-site at multiple campuses.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences.
• Lead life-skills workshops to develop real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve performance.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses and establish a culture of excellence.
