Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have ServSafe certification.
• Prior kitchen experience is required.
• At least two years of supervising 3+ employees.
• Must pass criminal background check, drug, TB tests.
• Must pass search of abuse registries and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality food and service to students, staff and customers.
• Ensure NSLP compliance and enforce kitchen guidelines.
• Review menus, prepare and submit food orders.
• Maintain inventory and ensure sanitation standards.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff.
