Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Direct control and direction over subordinate staff (Senior Coach Counselors, Coach Counselors, Night Coach Counselors, transportation, etc.).
• Participate in decisions involving hiring, transfers, suspensions, promotions, discharges, assignments and performance evaluations.
• Oversee program delivery and safety, around-the-clock supervision of students.
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and supportive environment for youth.
