Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Program Director to run life-skills workshops and motivation sessions for K-8 students across multiple campuses. You will coach students to achieve weekly app goals, leverage Coachbot analytics, and reinforce a growth mindset through engaging, student-centered activities.

The role is full-time and on-site at Alpha campuses. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years with K-8 students, and the ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject is required.
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 (elementary and middle school) students.
• Comfortable letting adaptive learning software deliver academic instruction while you own motivation and life-skills coaching.
• Personal record of high achievement in academics, athletics, or professional life.
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus, and feedback.
• Conduct daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions using Coachbot analytics.
• Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment for each life skill.
• Adapt workshop playbook and create new sessions for different ages.
• Be the trusted adult who upholds high standards for students.
