Job summary

Community Resources for Justice in Worcester, MA is hiring an Assistant Program Manager to support the individuals we serve. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week, non-exempt role at our Worcester location, with benefits eligibility and a starting rate of $20/hr.

The role includes supervising and transporting clients during assigned hours, teaching goals from the Individual Service Plan, and acting as a positive role model to promote life skills and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass required certifications in the allotted time set forth by the agency.
• Must pass a criminal and driver’s check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours.
• Support and teach clients new skills including goals in the Individual Service Plan.
• Act as a positive role model to promote life skills and safety.
• Administer medications and complete documentation such as progress notes.
