Job summary

Preferred Behavioral Health Group seeks a Prevention Consultant Supervisor for the NJ4S Compass - Monmouth Youth Program at the Monmouth Office in Eatontown, NJ. This full-time role leads a team of Prevention Consultants and partners with schools and community organizations to deliver trainings and prevention services.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field, 3 years of relevant experience, and potential Prevention Science certification; Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Prevention Science certification is a plus.
• Three years of relevant work experience.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Prevention Consultants and manage daily activities.
• Assist in program data collection, reporting, and quality improvement.
• Facilitate trainings, workshops, webinars, and assemblies for schools and HUB partners.
• Attend NJ4S events and meetings related to prevention and community services.
• Plan and implement programs to schools and communities.
• Build alliances with schools, law enforcement, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Serve as a customer service role model for program participants.
• Ensure fidelity in evidence-based prevention curricula.
• Coordinate best practices with program collaborators.
