Job summary

Together for Youth in Albany, NY seeks a Family Preservation Supervisor to oversee the Prevention program, including administration, planning, supervision and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• 1–3 years’ experience with at-risk youth; 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Evenings and on-call coverage required; flexible schedule.
• Valid driver's license and travel required.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit referrals for the Prevention program.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and program evaluation criteria.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff; conduct meetings and monitor schedules.
• Assist with budget preparation and fiscal accountability; provide reports.
• Act as liaison to community and public agencies.
• Develop therapeutic relationships with children and families.
• Manage subcontractors and contractors as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
