Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, school social work, or school counseling is required or preferred.
• Experience with adolescents, families, and prevention/intervention strategies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with school staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop prevention and early intervention plans for students at risk for substance use.
• Provide individual and group support addressing social-emotional and behavioral needs.
• Coordinate with counselors, staff, and families to monitor student progress.
• Engage families through meetings and educational opportunities.
• Maintain confidential documentation and comply with laws and policies.
