Job summary

Harbor, Inc. seeks a Program Manager for Prevention Education to deliver school-based prevention services to ages 5–13 at risk for alcohol, tobacco and other drug use.

The full‑time role focuses on marketing to Lucas County schools, supervising staff, and leading classroom, group and family prevention education activities. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field, has supervisory experience, and is certified or in process as a Ohio Prevention Specialist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work or related mental health field.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Must be certified as a Prevention Specialist or in process of certification for Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and securing Lucas County schools to provide prevention services.
• Provide personnel management for clinical staff including orientation and evaluations.
• Deliver Prevention Education in classrooms, groups and family sessions.
• Document occurrences through Harbor's web-based system and report quarterly statistics.
