The role emphasizes documentation, reporting, and active participation in Cenikor trainings and team meetings, contributing to a mission-driven nonprofit environment focused on service and development.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be flexible while remaining highly organized.
• Ability to work within a team setting as well as independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on PowerPoint and Outlook Calendar.

Responsibilities

• Work with 13-21 year old participants as a Peer Recovery Leader by providing direct support recovery services.
• Draw from lived experience to build rapport and help participants create, facilitate, and maintain goals.
• Embrace collaborative, multiple paths to recovery framework.
• Determine participant goals and assist in reaching short and long-term goals.
• Keep detailed and organized documentation of sessions, groups and community meetings.
